Build Spiritual Integrity, Raise Your Tas & Amplify Your Light
You’ve discovered you’re a Starseed. The recognition is palpable, the excitement is natural, and the next question is practical:
What do you actually do now that you know?
Becoming a fully actualized Starseed isn’t an overnight transformation, nor is it an honorific that confers powers. Stepping into the Stargate known as Starseed Journey is the beginning of a very deliberate path.
You are now called to become more than an impeccable moral person. You must develop full power spiritual integrity for yourself—the foundation that raises your frequency, stabilizes your mind and emotions, and builds the Aeroship of Light that you are.
Discovery is only the first step. Spiritual study and daily focus help you understand what to do now that you know you’re a Starseed.
Creating a Beautiful Spiritual Temperature
Every Starseed emits a resonant force or spiritual temperature called Tas. The word Tas comes from Sanskrit and roughly means:
consciousness and devotion, or consciousness arising from devotion.
This temperature—your Tas—reflects in your Light which we call Ka. When you hold enormous spiritual integrity, your Tas becomes beautiful and radiant. And as a consequence, so does your Light—the Light of your body, aura, Spirit and Merkabah.
Your soul and Oversoul will show you the way to create your most beautiful temperature. But you must listen and follow their (your) guidance. You must become keenly intimate with soul and Oversoul to hear the wisdom they hold. This listening and tuning in is, in itself, a spiritual practice.
Consistent spiritual disciplines build your vessel of Light as they increase your Tas. And thus, your Tas directly reflects the degree to which you’re devoted to and in action in your spiritual life, your Starseed Journey and your very Self.
Devotional Tas isn’t about making offerings to a distant God the Infinite. Rather, you offer all your mystical devotion to uplift and expand the God-Goddess you are realizing yourself to be.
The Choice: Dive In or Dabble
When you apply consistent spiritual disciplines from your heart and soul, because you desire to and not because you think you should, you and your Tas expand in vibratory frequency. And with a more wondrous Tas, you expand your Merkabah space-time vehicle.
What I notice is many Starseeds are enthralled with the idea of being a Starseed but dabble more than live it. Some seeds talk about it and stay stuck in deriving their identity from their hardships and dramas. But that’s not really fully living a Starseed life.
You have a choice to make. Ask yourself: What shoes do I wish to wear? The shoes of a Master or the shoes of a seed who’s lost and wandering?
Your soul has already been sending signals that there is work to do all of which is a daily and not sporadic things:
meditation
contemplation
mental discipline
study
creative prayer, decrees and affirmations
emotional integration¹ and healing
proper care of your physical vessel
periodic fasting
creating a serene, high vibrational ambience to live in supportive of your Essence
zealously guarding your energies and your Light.
All these practices are forms of yoga integral to the Starseed life.
When you choose, really choose the Starseed life, your spiritual grounding creates Tas of high integrity. And it sets a new course for you.
Developing the Sacred Christ Mind
Part of creating spiritual integrity is developing your sacred Christ Mind, allowing your Christ to come forth. Christs have command of their minds.
You need to be able to receive the full initiation of whatever spiritual devotion you’re pursuing—whether meditation, prayer, or raja yoga. For spiritual practice to be most effective, your mind needs to be clear, grounded and serene a great deal of the time.
The goal is to become a complete psycho-mystical Starseed capable of creating your own kingdom of heaven all around you. Merely remaining unstable mentally and emotionally cannot achieve that.
With a Christ Mind you can take in high spiritual wisdoms because the mind is free of old baggage dragging you down. You align with your soul in crystal clear integrity.
Whatever spiritual practices you choose, they should help get you to that place of crystal clear integrity. Practiced sincerely, they will help you gain command of your mind.
This will take focus, energy and consistency. But daily disciplines will yield beautifully for you. They will hold and keep you in the energy of Becoming.
You really have to want it, Starseed. You’re building an Aeroship of Light after all, and that takes some work.
If you want to be more than human, grow your spiritual integrity. It will amplify the Light of your whole Being and make your spiritual temperature outrageous.
Let Your Excitement Carry You
You’ve now opened the Stargate to a grand universe within and outside of you. You’re excited, but you may not have realized that every mystical gift on the Starseed Journey you must earn. You may not know how much you do not know.
Enjoy the low hanging fruits but now go deeper.
If you feel passion for living as Starseed, if you really want to know what to do now, connect with your soul and your simultaneous Self thousands of years into the future and listen. Carve out the time for spiritual practice and Starseed self-care and prioritize them.
If you want real progress in your continual awakening and raising of consciousness befitting a full fledged Starseed, feel the excitement and the joy of discovery on this path and let it carry you through. You will indeed reach new frontiers in mysticism as a matter of course.
You’ve found out you’re a Starseed. Now the real work begins with simple, consistent spiritual practice that grows your Light.
Be Prepared
The novelty of the path will dissipate when the real work begins. But interspersed through it all will be miracles and wonder too.
Honest self-discovery is the greatest gift on this path. You’ll encounter blind spots in your character you were not aware of and they may take you by surprise. Transmute them and this act will elevate and expand you even more. If you don’t already, one day you will see it all as an outrageously beautiful process.
There will be emotional traumas from the past you’ll need to integrate. Be sure to embrace and appreciate them. Then move on. Honor every challenging moment of your life you’ve ever had.
You might hope for shortcuts. Goodness, I still do! But settle into your journey and know that you’re always in the right place at the right time. You are living your Starseed life as you wrote to do.
Time Flies—Dive Fully In
Dive into all the multidimensional layers of your journey. You’ll never become a Master remaining only on the surface.
The Starseed lifetime bears gifts but you must earn them. Focus on raising your Tas and thus your consciousness and these gifts will pour into your life.
Spiritual integrity, daily devotion, mental stability, energetic capacity, and honest self-discovery together form the practical next steps after recognition.
