How a Starseed Prays
Prayer is never a single act. It’s a living, breathing ongoing expression of the Starseed life. With a clear, resolute, devoted prayer practice we generate a most potent force for healing, manifestation and conscious evolution.
But Starseeds often fail or forget to pray verbally. As we focus on our Becoming, multidimensional awareness, and energy work — themselves forms of prayer — the simple act of spoken prayer can slip through the cracks.
Church going Christians, by contrast, rarely forget. Many maintain robust prayer lives in community and alone, rooted in deep habit and faith. Though our manner of prayer is slightly different (affirmative and declarative rather than primarily supplicatory), we can look to Christians as inspiring examples of prayerful consistency. The More You Pray, the Better Things Get
Not long ago, a lingering physical issue that had troubled me for two full years seemed to suddenly and completely reverse itself. It seemed a miracle. I say that it seemed to suddenly happen because nothing in the universe really happens all of a sudden. It only appears that way. In truth, I was generating a steady buildup of healing power expressed through prayer all along.
Reflecting on what had changed so I could keep doing it, I heard the clear, booming voice of my Oversoul who said:
The more you pray, the better things get.
You can imagine how that message came as a truly welcome confirmation. I’d reached a tipping point and simply didn’t realize it.
For several weeks I’d been engaged in daily affirmations—declarative prayer rooted in serene knowing rather than pleading and bargaining with God I was taught as a child.
This wasn’t my only prayer. I had a whole book full of affirmations I prayed daily. And the results began speaking for themselves: healings, synchronicities, and manifestations began to flow into my life with much greater ease.
Affirmations are the kind of prayer that continues working while you sleep and guides your choices throughout the day. It reprograms your subconscious Mind of God and aligns your whole Being with the creative forces and timeline realities of the Universe.
Pray Like You Know Who You Are
At its heart, successful prayer flows from remembering your true identity.
Everyone is Divine offspring of God the Infinite but for Starseeds it’s highly literal. We are all Elohim — the Gods and Goddesses who, on direction of God the Infinite, created multiverses and seeded planets way back to the beginning of Creation.
It goes without saying that God is the ultimate holder of wealth and abundance as creator of all of it. And as Divine offspring it follows we have inherited all the Infinite has generated. Therefore our Divine natural state is abundance.
My Divine Mother from the Pleiades said it perfectly:
What is abundance? Abundance is success in prayer.
Success in prayer, getting what we desire, comes when we pray from unshakable knowing we are Gods and Goddesses, naturally inheriting every good, beautiful and true thing we desire.
A Simple yet Powerful Gesture: Anjali Mudra
To deepen the energy and intention of your prayer, consider using the Vedic hand gesture known as Anjali Mudra (also called the “prayer hands” or “salutation seal”).
Press your palms and fingers together—often at the heart center (sternum)—with thumbs pointing upward.
“Anjali” means offering, salutation, or reverence. Many in the West pair it with the greeting “Namasté” (“The Divine in me honors the Divine in you.”) which is why it’s sometimes casually called “Namasté hands.”
The gesture itself stands powerfully on its own as a silent expression of respect, unity, balance, and soul-centered connection. Hold it whenever you feel inclined to, during your affirmations, at the beginning or end of your practice, or in meditation. It beautifully anchors the reverent energy of Starseed prayer.
No Begging
“In the beginning,” God contemplated Itself and birthed all of Existence. Thus, just like our Creator’s, our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are instantly creative prayers that shape our reality.
The Infinite lives within you and seeks to experience life as you so that It can know Itself in all possible aspects. God makes no judgment as religions say. God only accepts, experiences and loves.
From this same place of Sovereign Being, Starseed:
Do not beg. Declare.
Do not seek permission. Command with the calm authority of a God-Goddess who knows he or she is one.
Feel and come from your power, your Essence, during prayer. Feel the Eternal Flame of the Infinite burning in your soul. Speak your desires into being, just as the Creator does.
The Perfect Prayer Aligns with Highest Divine Truth
Not every prayer aims at a narrow and specific personal outcome.
Sometimes the perfect prayer simply calls for a desire’s unfolding in the Highest Divine Truth.
This is the ultimate prayer of faith and trust in the ways of God the Infinite.
We need to understand this third dimension serves as proving ground where souls choose experiences for growth and evolution. We’ve written certain challenges into our life scripts and soul contracts for this purpose. So when you pray for another simply pray for their Highest Divine Truth because you don’t know what they have chosen to experience.
The prayer of acceptance and spaciousness rather than intervention often is the most appropriate and powerful prayer.
As the Gospel of Thomas reminds us, sometimes we must simply be passersby.
Acceptance of another’s lot in life which is ultimately their choice can be the highest prayer.
A beautiful example of such a prayer is this:
May all the world be uplifted into the bright white effulgent Light of the Creator. May the world be filled with Love to the core of its being. And may Earth and her people know the ineffable peace of the Christ in their Highest Divine Truth. So be it.
You will instinctively know when to pray the prayer for the Highest Divine Truth.

Let your statements feel authentic, empowering, positively stated and uplifting. Blend simple declarations with more poetic, lofty ones. Revise them as your practice evolves.
Speak your affirmations with devotion each day and live in alignment with them. Starseeds who embrace this consistent, sovereign practice often experience rapid healing, abundance, synchronicity, and a deep sense of self-knowing.
