Defining the Soul: Divine Essence of Isness

The Soul is no mere religious concept.

God the Infinite is the substance of your Soul.

In its pristine purity, every Soul is both a fragment of God and wholly God, embodying pure Isness. Without a Soul, you’d be formless Light — sheer energy devoid of memory or creative impulse. Simply utter Isness.

Where Is the Soul and Is It Real?

The Soul resides in a sacred space within you: a cavity shielded by bone, nestled beside your heart near the fourth seal, often called the anahata or heart chakra.

Great Masters reveal this Light-made essence weighs approximately 13 ounces, a tangible yet ethereal presence.¹

As the Lord of your Being, the Soul governs your body, directing the central nervous system, including the pituitary and pineal glands. It’s what keeps your body functioning when your consciousness travels out of body.

Difference Between the Soul and the Spirit

To understand the Soul, we must distinguish it from the Spirit:

  • The Soul is the Lord of your Being, the Divine Recorder of your thoughts and experiences.

  • The Spirit is the God of your Being, the all-encompassing Divine Light that surrounds and infuses you. The Spirit contains the body and Soul.

  • Ego is your individual Being, the self that navigates the world.

  • Altered ego is fueled by fear. It keeps you stuck in limitation and negative emotions.

The interplay of these elements shapes your reality, with the Soul as the bridge between your earthly self and Divine Potential.

The Soul Feels, Not the Heart

Contrary to common belief, it’s the Soul — not the heart — that registers and feels Love, for example.

When artists create masterpieces, they pour their Souls into their work, feeling deeply to give form to their vision.

The heart pumps blood, but the Soul captures the warmth of Love, the ache of loss, or the Joy of creation. When you feel “warm and fuzzy” in love, it’s your Soul, not your heart, radiating that bliss.

The Soul as Divine Recorder

The Soul records every experience — not as thoughts, but as the electrical and emotional imprints they leave on both Light Body and emotional body.

It captures the thought of emotions and the emotion of images, storing them within itself as memories.

Unlike the brain, which processes thoughts, the Soul holds the essence of your thoughts and experiencs, shaping how you perceive and create reality.

Healing the Soul: A Misnomer

The idea of healing the Soul often arises from misunderstanding its role.

The Soul, as Divine Recorder, doesn’t need healing. Rather, it’s the emotions and memories it holds that require integration for you to feel whole and stable.

Experiences like those tied to trauma and the Soul, you must fully embrace within your Being through acceptance rather than try to fix the soul in some way. That just can’t be done.

This integration frees you to move forward, unfettered by the past.

Strive to free yourself from altered ego that pesters you with hurt and misery. That will lead you to the greatest healing you could ever have.

Cleansing and Mending: Reframing the Narrative

Similarly, the notion of cleansing of the Soul misses the mark.

The Soul, pure and Divine, doesn’t need cleansing. What needs cleansing is the altered ego, the fear-driven self that distorts your perception.

Mending the Soul is really about restoring your thoughts to purity by aligning with your Holy Spirit, your God Self.

This alignment dissolves fear, allowing you to live with clarity and power, unburdened by limitation.

The Soul and Quantum Physics: A Megahertz Vibration

The Soul aligns with the frequency of God the Infinite and the Divine Light of the Great Central Sun, influencing your brain and brainwaves.

The Soul vibrates at a frequency far beyond the brain’s humble 100 Hz or less.

In the realm of the Soul and quantum physics, we enter the megahertz range — millions of hertz — where the Soul resonates as quantum energy.

My Divine Mother, a Transcendent Pleiadian Master from the Future Pleiades, shared that when a Starseed’s Soul raises its frequency by one megahertz, altered ego disengages.

This shift spreads every ray of Light possible shimmering throughout your Being, bringing multidimensional, supernatural abilities into action.

As the Pleiadian Master Lord Ramtha declares:

… what you see sets your Soul into a blaze.²

The Alchemy of the Soul: Manifesting Your Desires

The phrase the alchemy of the Soul captures the Soul’s transformative power in manifestation.

But thoughts are ever-flowing, always in movement. You have to grab a thought and pin it down if it’s one worth manifesting.

You’ve probably heard it said and correctly that whatever you desire you must feel yourself having it. But because thoughts are continually pulsed to you in continuous flow, you have to take the substance of the flow of thought — called Ephatha in the Higher Realms — and create a mental image of it to dwell on.

The Soul is the entity that captures a thought and renders it still as memory or record.

This is so you can dwell on that record to mentally visualize it and then feel yourself having it. This is the purpose of the Soul.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Thought Capture: First, the Soul captures and stills these thoughts, rendering them as memories.

  2. Visualization: Then you create a mental image of the thought of your desire, giving it color, depth, and substance. The Soul enables this vivid picture in your mind.

  3. Feeling: This image now sparks a feeling within you, aligning your frequency with the timeline where your desire exists if you dwell on it purely enough.

  4. Manifestation: By reveling in this feeling, you expand the thought into creation, attracting youre desire.

Your Soul, perpetually and without distinction receives whatever thoughts you allow to pass through your aura.

If your altered ego feeds the soul thoughts and emotions of fear (e.g., thoughts of death), the Soul programs your body for decline. But align with your Holy Spirit, and the Soul can be reprogrammed for life, vitality and immortality. A robust affirmation practice, like the one in my book, Starseed Affirmations of Light, empowers Starseeds to harness this process of reprogramming.
