There’s a profound reason why we instinctively place our hands on a wound or area of discomfort in the body. Beyond the immediate psychological and physiological comfort, something deeper occurs: a soothing energetic Light exchange, a channeling of vital force through the Hands that supports the body’s innate intelligence to restore balance.
I always capitalize Light in my articles because it is akin to God the Infinite. In fact, it is God the Infinite, and it flows through you. And I’m capitalizing Hands here because your Hands are God’s Hands too.

The Starseed Journey is a Healing Journey
Decades ago, as I began my Starseed journey, Barbara Brennan’s groundbreaking book, “Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field”¹ (1987) became a foundational text for me and a lot of other Starseeds I knew at the time.
Brennan, a NASA-trained physicist turned healer, demystified the human energy field (aura) and the power of hands-on healing.
She showed that illness begins as imbalances or blockages in the multilayered energy field before manifesting physically. And she discussed how true healing involves rebalancing this field through conscious energy work—primarily channeled through the healer’s hands.
Brennan’s work resonates deeply with Starseed awareness. She described High Sense Perception (HSP)—the development of clairvoyance, clairsentience, and other expanded senses—to be able to perceive and work with the aura’s seven layers, from the dense etheric body closest to the physical form to the higher spiritual templates.
Her techniques include chelation (running energy through the field layer by layer, often starting at the feet), chakra balancing, spinal cleansing (which actually helps balance your 12 Merkosetic Energy Seals), and spiritual surgery on higher levels, where hands facilitate restructuring with perceived Light or golden threads.
Particularly important to self-healing, Brennan highlighted the chakras in the hands, particularly the two in the palms, as vital for healing. These act as energetic portals or seals through which universal life force flows.

I observe far too many Starseeds give up and give in to the lies propagated on Earth that you must age, decay, degenerate, get sick and die.

These truths remind us healing is about dissolving illusion and stepping into our radiant perfection as we embrace and utilize our built-in healing mechanism: the Light and Love of God the Infinite.

My Recent Experience: Activating My Hands of Light on My Knee
I often utilize my Hands of Light but I’ll admit not as often as I might. And a recent experience created a Stargate in which I realized just how important our Hands of Light are. I realized how often we forget to channel the Light of healing through our Hands. And now I shall always always remember!
I fell on my knees onto pavement, my right knee taking the brunt of the impact. Shortly after, enormous swelling caused my leg to stiffen to the point I could barely walk.
I remembered having a similar injury on the other knee decades ago and how long it took my body to heal. I wasn’t looking forward to that and visiting a doctor was out of the question.
As I lay on my bed contemplating why and how this accident occurred, I remembered my Hands of Light.
I Am a healer, and my first duty of healing is to myself.
I placed my Hands of Light on my knee and commanded its perfection. I pumped Light into it. As I held my knee in my hands, I summoned Light from my bone marrow and directed it intentionally and through my command to the interior of the knee.
After a couple of hours, I repeated the process, then again.
I woke up the next day with vast improvement. Within days—not weeks—my knee returned to 100%. This was far swifter than any prior self-healing I’d experienced. I’m sure it’s because I utilized my Hands of Light to quicken the process. (And it’s what motivated me to write this important article.)
Why Hands of Light Amplify All Other Modalities
If you’re only using nutritionals, creative visualization, or conventional medicine without engaging your Hands of Light, you’re missing a powerful part of the healing equation.
Real healing addresses root causes in the energy field for wholeness and doctors can’t do that.
And if you’re not applying your Hands of Light to your body along with your holistic healing methods, you’re missing the power of channeled Light.
Your Hands of Light channel rays of Light into affected areas through the chakra seals in your palms and fingertips. Combined with clear intention and focus, this creates a potent amplifying healing frequency.
Any disease or condition always signals misalignment.
As the Pleiadian Lord Master Ramtha teaches, everything is consciousness and energy. So directing Light into an area of the body naturally brings consciousness and energy back into harmony and upliftment.
And what we have created in our bodies, we can discreate. (In truth, we have attracted that timeline reality to us so we can attract another we prefer.)
Doctors may label you a victim, but your consciousness and energy drew the condition to you—and you hold the power to release it.

Taking Full Responsibility as a Starseed
Starseeds who want to be fully actualized must take full responsibility for our conditions.
Without this foundation of accountability, our healing is limited.
Responsibility empowers, not burdens. Look honestly: How or why did you attract this condition to yourself? There’s always an originating cause from within you—perhaps unprocessed emotions, beliefs, past choices, or energetic patterns.
Identify it, embrace the lesson it offers, and move on immediately without self-judgment or prolonged dwelling.
Then move into healing yourself with your command and Hands of Light.
Practice, Patience, and Becoming Adept
Developing your self-healing ability engaging your Hands of Light requires practice.
In the beginning, results may be slow and incremental. Accept this.
Consistency builds your capacity. And over time, as you clear your aura and strengthen the flow of Light through your palm and fingertip chakras, you become more adept. This is when healing speeds up because you’ve embodied the Mastery.
Your Call to Remember and Activate
Starseed, it’s time. Place your Hands of Light on an area concerning you right now.
Visualize its perfection and command it. And then pump the outrageous Light that lives within you, originating in your bone marrow, through your palm chakras and into the area of concern.
Also, align with your own body’s innate intelligence. Given half a chance it will heal itself. It wants to heal. That is its natural state of consciousness. It’s just that we shroud it with too many false beliefs. And the body can only act on the commands issued to it by your Master Pituitary Gland which has received directives from your thoughts and beliefs.
Don’t throw your other holistic supportive modalities out. Just be sure to blend them with the Light from your Hands of Light for amplified, quickened results.
You and you alone are Master of your life.
Your Hands are vehicles of healing Divine Light.
