What Is Light Exactly?
Light is Divine Energy with substance, imbued with Infinite Intelligence, Love, and the Creative Power of the Infinite.
Light—Ka (the Ka in Mer-ka-bah)—is information and mathematical codes of creation. It carries the blueprint of your eternal self.
And to really embody your Ka fully, to increase your Light quotient—the measure of how much Divine Light you’re able to integrate relative to your boundless potential—
you must engage in mystical practices that resonate with this essence.
Sound vibration is one of the most potent pathways to do this. It’s a sacred technology that amplifies your consciousness, harmonizes your multidimensional bodies, and raises your Light quotient cell by cell.
Defining ‘Light Quotient:’ Your Gauge of Divine Light Embodiment
Your Light quotient is a measure of your spiritual energy, consciousness, and vibrational essence. It indicates your capacity to embody, absorb, and integrate Divine Light Energy.
It's a conceptual gauge of your spiritual evolution, showing how much of your Divine Light and Memory Essence you've activated and how much remains dormant.

These are the true catalysts that shift you into fuller embrace of the Light. They evolve you into full Light Body realization.
This process begins in the physical body and extends as you align with your higher multidimensional aspects including your Future Self.
All of humanity is evolving toward a Light Body where our Light quotient expands so fully it aligns completely with Divine Blueprints.

For Starseeds, the process is quicker though it often doesn’t feel like it. But awakened Starseeds want to gain a fuller awareness of the Light and how to increase it so that we can become all the Light we are.

Sound Vibration: The Key to Raising Your Light Quotient
Some sound is noise and low frequency without the ability to amplify your Light.
You want to choose the sound you subject yourself to carefully.
You know what sound is noise and what sound is ‘heavenly.’ It’s not hard to figure out. You gauge it by how you feel when the sound surrounds you.
This higher sound is a Divine Instrument for consciousness expansion and Light amplification.
Sound interacts with your DNA and brain cells to “induce currents and produce intense energy waves,” according to J.J. Hurtak, PhD (keysofenoch.org), enabling healing and higher Light quotients.
The sound you generate yourself through chanting mantras composed of Sacred Names, thoughts, and expressions:
raises your vibration
counters entropy (decay and degeneration)
and rebuilds your body cell by cell.
In Hurtak’s article ‘Sound: Profound Experiences with Chanting, Toning, Music, and Healing Frequencies’ (co-authored with Desirée Hurtak), he explores how sound is integral to our essence and origin. It’s a sacred song of the soul that facilitates Divine Entry and Light expansion.
Sound vibration is essential to activating the epi-kinetic body, one of our multidimensional layers of bodies.
We can describe the epi-kinetic body as our sound vibration body.
‘Epi-kinetic’ comes from the Greek 'epi' (‘upon’ or ‘in addition’) and 'kinetic' (‘movement’).

‘Eka’ in ‘eka body’ comes from Sanskrit ‘eka’ meaning ‘one’ or ‘unity.’ It’s the balancing body that resolves dualities, aligns quantum polarities, and enables consciousness to exist beyond the linear third dimension. It facilitates higher states of unity and Light integration.
The Language of Light: Vocal Activation & Spontaneous Emergence
The Language of Light is a multidimensional, vibrational code. It’s composed of Light-based frequencies that convey information directly to the soul.
For some Starseeds, it has a vocal aspect:
a spontaneous vocal expression of ‘seed syllables’ that ignites DNA memory and amplifies Light quotient.
It doesn’t sound like Christian preachers speaking in tongues. It's a pure, melodic, otherworldly flow that emerges when the moment is right—often during moments of deep reverence or ceremony.
This happened to me one night when I never expected it. I had entered into holy ceremony with three Goddess friends. We were in deep prayer and devotion. The evening was quiet, candles burning softly.
I slipped into a profound altered state, as did my friends. And two forms of the Language of Light issued from me spontaneously.
First, a flowing, melodic language unlike anything earthly, a pure vibration that continues to arise from me decades later, always spontaneous, never forced.
Second, a Hebrew Name of God I didn't even know at the time emerged from me in song:
Shaddai.
I sang it beautifully, over and over: Shaddai, Shaddai, Shaddai, Shaddai… riffing on the melody as if I'd been singing it forever.
Those moments ignited something in my cells—a surge of Light, recognition, and power.
The Pleiadians, channeled through Barbara Marciniak in ‘Bringers of the Dawn,’² describe the Language of Light as geometric shapes, colors, and tones that carry information beyond intellect:
“The Language of Light is a way of receiving information and energy to facilitate your development. It is a method of learning without doing it through books or through the intellect.”

Mantras: The ‘Mind Tool’ for Amplifying Your Light Quotient
Vocalizing mantras—a high spiritual practice—create magic in my life. They’ve gotten me out of panic and calmed my racing mind. And they’ve taken me into blissful states.
There was a time in my life when I experienced a lot of anxiety. I’ve chanted a mantra over and over while gripped with panic on a highway. The mantra got me down the road.
I’ve chanted Sanskrit mantras, danced as I did, and gone to ecstatic states. That state of utter Light isn’t only for the Hare Krishna people, but I can see how it happens for them.
Lying in bed unable to sleep with a mind run wild, reciting a sacred mantra has gotten me to sleep many a night.
’Mantra’ literally means ‘instrument of thought’ or ‘mind tool.’
From sacred Sanskrit, ‘man’ = ‘mind’ and ‘tra’ = ‘tool.’
George Harrison said this about Sanskrit mantra in his book, ‘I, Me, Mine,’ where he seems to quote Swami Vishnudevananda:
“A mantra is mystical energy encased in a sound structure, and each mantra contains within its vibrations a certain power. They are constructed from the fifty letters of the Sanskrit alphabet (Devanagari — language of the Gods) and they turn the mind toward concentration on the supreme releasing spiritual energy in the Chakras of the Body.”
Even vocalizing a solitary Name of God in one of the five sacred languages is a mantra in itself.
The five sacred languages are Sanskrit, Hebrew, Tibetan, Chinese, and ancient Egyptian.
Calling on the Name becomes a mantra that invokes that Divine Aspect and its attributes.
The beauty is you don’t have to know any of these languages. It’s actually better if you don’t.
Not knowing the language helps you bypass your sabotaging ego mind, though your subconscious Mind of God understands it perfectly. Not understanding the language fully keeps your creative effort pure.
What Mantra Actually Does for Us
Mantras focus us into the present. They enable us to amplify our Light quotient.
Before they became dogma, prayers like mantras were meant to reorient the mind to a specific will.
The formal prayers of antiquity directed people to focus on a new creative uplifting dream. Repetitive prayer kept more primitive people focused on the new dream. They were able to dissolve their low frequency past, replacing it with the new, fresh and Light-filled.
Repetitive prayer like mantra is like a laser beam of Light that shoots right through to the soul. Making mantra a practice is an act of Light increase, self-Love and healing. It restores you to your Original Self.

Invoking Holy Names: Hurtak's Sacred Technology
Hurtak emphasizes invoking the Holy Names of God—such as those in his book, ‘Seventy-Two Living Divine Names of the Most High’—as a primary way to increase your Light quotient.
